How do I book a coaching session?
Browse our coaches, select one that matches your needs, choose an available time slot, and complete the booking. You'll receive confirmation via email.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before and your session price is refunded — the booking & protection fee is non-refundable. Cancel within 24 hours and no refund is issued, but you can transfer the session to a friend.
How do I become a coach?
Click "Become a Coach" in the footer, complete the application form, and we'll review your application within 24–48 hours.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers.
